These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, funnels, digital products, classes, training programs, memberships, subscriptions, consulting, coaching, educational materials, and other products or services offered by JENNIFER GOODWIN COMPANIES (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our websites, creating an account, purchasing a product or service, joining a membership, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our websites, products, or services.

1. Educational Purposes Only

Our content, classes, trainings, memberships, webinars, videos, podcasts, social media content, documents, discussions, and other materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing provided by JENNIFER GOODWIN COMPANIES constitutes legal, financial, tax, medical, investment, or other licensed professional advice.

JENNIFER GOODWIN COMPANIES is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation or legal advice.

Nothing contained in our materials creates an attorney-client relationship or other professional-client relationship.

You are responsible for evaluating information for your own circumstances and obtaining advice from an appropriately qualified professional when necessary.

2. No Guarantees of Results

We may share examples, experiences, testimonials, case studies, strategies, member experiences, or results achieved by particular individuals.

These examples are provided for educational or illustrative purposes and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

Individual results vary considerably and depend upon circumstances beyond our control, including a person's knowledge, decisions, actions, implementation, timing, jurisdiction, facts, and other factors.

You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions, communications, filings, transactions, and results.

3. Purchases

When you purchase a product or service from us, you agree to:

pay the price disclosed at checkout;

Prices, products, bonuses, features, and availability may change without notice.

4. All Sales Are Final

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

This includes digital products, classes, trainings, memberships, subscriptions, consulting, coaching, meetings, recordings, downloads, and other products or services.

5. Memberships & Recurring Subscriptions

If you purchase a membership or other recurring subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method at the billing frequency and amount disclosed at checkout until you cancel.

Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the next scheduled renewal.

You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals.

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund, credit, or prorated reimbursement for charges already incurred.

6. One-on-One Meetings

Unless different terms are expressly provided in writing at the time of purchase, any one-on-one meeting, consultation, strategy session, coaching session, or similar appointment purchased from or included with an offer from JENNIFER GOODWIN COMPANIES must be scheduled and held within 30 days of purchase.

Unused appointments expire after 30 days and are not refundable.

Purchasers are responsible for scheduling within the required timeframe.

7. Accounts & Access

Certain products or services may require you to create an account, use a login, or access a private membership area.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Your purchase is for your individual use only unless we expressly authorize otherwise in writing.

You may not share your account, login credentials, paid course access, membership access, downloads, recordings, or other restricted materials with another person.

We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account is being shared, misused, used fraudulently, or used in violation of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the content provided by JENNIFER GOODWIN COMPANIES is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This includes, without limitation:

course and training materials;

videos and recordings;

written materials;

worksheets and downloads;

graphics and presentations;

website and funnel content;

proprietary methods, frameworks, and educational materials;

logos, branding, and original creative works.

Purchasing access does not give you ownership of these materials.

You may use purchased materials for your own personal educational use.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

copy or reproduce our materials for distribution;

resell or sublicense them;

publish or upload them publicly;

share paid materials with others;

record or redistribute private trainings or meetings;

create competing courses or products substantially derived from our proprietary materials; or

remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

9. Live Trainings, Membership Calls & Recordings

Live classes, webinars, membership calls, meetings, and other events may be recorded.

By voluntarily participating in a live session, you understand that your voice, name, comments, questions, or other contributions may be captured in the recording.

Recordings may be made available to other authorized participants or members.

If a recording will be used publicly for marketing or promotional purposes in a manner that identifies you, we will obtain permission when required.

10. Community Conduct

When participating in a membership, community, live call, comment area, group, or other interactive service provided by us, you agree to behave respectfully and lawfully.

We may remove content or restrict or terminate participation for conduct including harassment, threats, impersonation, unlawful activity, intentional disruption, unauthorized solicitation, spam, sharing another person's private information, or unauthorized distribution of our materials.

Termination for violation of these Terms does not create a right to a refund.

11. User-Submitted Content

If you voluntarily submit comments, questions, testimonials, reviews, feedback, or other materials to us, you represent that you have the right to submit that material.

You retain ownership of your original content.

You grant us permission to use feedback, reviews, or testimonials you expressly provide for promotional or business purposes, subject to applicable law and any specific agreement made with you.

We will not intentionally publish private personal information merely because it was submitted through a private communication.

12. Third-Party Services & Links

Our websites, funnels, products, and services may use or link to third-party platforms, payment processors, video services, membership platforms, social networks, scheduling systems, analytics providers, and other external services.

We do not own or control those third parties and are not responsible for their independent content, availability, security practices, privacy practices, or terms.

Your use of a third-party service may also be governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy.

13. Affiliate Relationships

From time to time, we may recommend products, services, resources, or businesses and may receive compensation if you purchase through certain links.

Where required, we will disclose material affiliate or compensated relationships.

A recommendation does not constitute a guarantee regarding a third-party product or service.

We may also operate affiliate or referral programs through which other people receive compensation for referring customers to us.

We work to maintain access to our websites and digital services, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, third-party outages, security issues, or circumstances outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JENNIFER GOODWIN COMPANIES will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our websites, information, products, or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from a particular purchased product or service will not exceed the amount you actually paid to JENNIFER GOODWIN COMPANIES for that product or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless JENNIFER GOODWIN COMPANIES from claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of our services, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of another person's rights, or content you submit or distribute through our services.

For purchases, the terms presented in connection with the applicable transaction and any rights provided by applicable law will govern.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Refund & Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, and any offer-specific terms presented at purchase, constitute the agreement governing your use and purchase of our applicable products and services.

If offer-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the more specific terms presented for that offer will control with respect to that purchase.
